2027 Alabama County Joint Bid Program - Joint Bid Notice: The Invitations to Bid for 3D steel grids, flex concrete mats, herbicides, road signs, traffic marking materials, HDPE pipe, liquid asphalt, and bulk cement through the Alabama County Joint Bid Program have been mailed and the bids with complete details will be available for review Monday, August 10, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Central Time on the ACCA website at http://www.alabamacounties.org/joint-bid-program/. Bids will be opened on Friday, August 28, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time.
