Paul Ballentine started as Elmore County’s Chief Information Officer in 2026. He brings with him 15 years of experience from the Department of Defense where he worked as a Senior Network Engineer managing teams of Network Engineers leading entire Air Force Base network modernization projects, Network Security Engineer, and Systems Engineer.

Paul graduated from Trenholm State in 2010 with an associate's degree in computer information systems and holds certifications from Cisco, CompTIA, and Palo Alto.
